Property Connect is Oliver Hume’s unique global network of third party agents and referrers. As a member of Property Connect, you will be supported with a dedicated customer liaison contact and a supply of available market driven, customer-led properties to showcase to clients. Property Connect membership is available to licensed estate agents and referral partners which include financial advisors, accountants, Australian-International Communities, buyer’s advocates and other professionals seeking property investment opportunities on behalf of local, national and international clients.

All projects marketed by Oliver Hume must meet the key criteria identified by our research team. Properties are presented on a ‘live’ sales board which provides real-time inventory availability to members.

Members benefit from Oliver Hume Care – dedicated sale and after-sale support including updates on all construction, valuation and settlement activities. Clients who purchase in a building managed by Oliver Hume Asset Management receive a range of one-stop-shop services, including pre and post settlement support and property management.
