Frank Tait
Chairman

Frank brings to Oliver Hume in his role as Chairman clear direction and guidance driven by many years of experience working across a number of industries including rail, government, defence and consulting.

Frank during his career has served as the chair of the boards of the VLC and V/Line. He also served as the executive director of the Infrastructure Projects Division within the Department of Transport for a number of years before recently retiring from this role.

He has a consulting business, advising boards, executive management and entrepreneurs on business strategy, organisational development and recruitment strategies.


Michael Tilley
Non-Executive Director

Michael is the Chairman and a founding director of Terrain Capital. He has worked in the accounting and finance industries for more than 25 years and he has a broad range of senior advisory and project management experience in all facets of corporate finance. His primary responsibility is the strategic leadership of Terrain Capital’s business. Michael is Chairman of Lower Murray Water and member of Vision Super Pty Ltd, the Industry Fund Management Pty Ltd, Investor Advisory Board and Oliver Hume Boards.


Grant Dearlove
Non-Executive Director

Grant Dearlove is a Non Executive Director of Oliver Hume Australia. He has a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, Master of Business Administration, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and has Studied Leadership of Professional Service Firms at Harvard University.

Grant is a Non Executive Director of Oliver Hume SEQ Pty Ltd, Oliver Hume Apartments Victoria Pty Ltd, Australian Institute of Management (QLD&NT) Limited, Invest Logan Pty Ltd (the economic development arm of the Logan City Council), Sunshine Coast Destination Limited (Sunshine Coast Tourism), and Leaderspace Limited. Grant’s experience in property includes his roles as National Director of Colliers International, and National Managing Director of Colliers Residential and PRD Nationwide. Grant brings to the board skills in strategy development, law, governance, professional service management and real estate agency.


Michael Duster
Executive Director

Michael Duster boasts an intricate knowledge of all facets of residential, commercial and industrial real estate, with over 30 years of experience in the development field.

Michael has managed the expansion of the company into a series of offices across Melbourne’s growth corridors and across the eastern seaboard into Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

He is very much hands-on in his approach at Oliver Hume and has overseen the transaction of hundreds of millions of dollars through his expertise in managing acquisitions and sales of development opportunities on behalf of his extensive client base.

Michael sits on Oliver Hume’s board of directors and over his 31 years with the company he has been instrumental in asserting Oliver Hume as Victoria’s leading project sales and marketing real estate group.


Gerrard Ellis
Executive Director

Gerrard commenced with Oliver Hume in 1996 as a Sales Executive servicing builder requirements in Melbourne’s North West region. Transitioning to the company with strong experience in the building industry, Gerrard was able to draw on his contacts and experience to establish and maintain the company’s builder network, which has since grown in excess of 150 of Melbourne’s most reputable builders.

As Project Director, Gerrard manages the marketing and sales strategies for both residential and new homes operations, coordinates estate launches, retail pricing, customer service processes, client reporting and the analysis of market demand and demographic trends to ensure the Group’s market intelligence is second to none.

Gerrard boasts strong relationships with prominent developers, building identities, architects and Government representatives to aid the transition of residential projects from inception to completion. Actively liaising with the entire spectrum of the development industry, Gerrard maintains strong relationships with Melbourne’s leading homebuilders, often uniting them with development clientele to achieve the best results for all parties involved. Gerrard is a fully licensed estate agent and was appointed as a Director in 2003, as his commitment and contribution has helped to build Oliver Hume as one of Australia’s leading project marketing companies.


Paul Ciprian
Executive Director

Paul Ciprian commenced with Oliver Hume in 1997 as a Sales Executive servicing builder requirements in Melbourne’s South East region. In 1999, Paul was appointed as Regional Sales Manager and he is now responsible for managing the sales and marketing initiatives for many of Melbourne’s most highly acclaimed residential communities in the capacity of Project Director.

As Project Director, Paul manages the marketing and sales strategies for both residential and new homes operations, coordinates estate launches, retail pricing, customer service processes, client reporting and the analysis of market demand and demographic trends to ensure the Group’s market intelligence is second to none.
