The Property Advance Program has been developed by Oliver Hume to reward previous purchasers and registered clients with a more specialised level of customer care, early purchase opportunities and access to key note speaker events.

Members of our Property Advance Program receive member privileges including, but not limited to, access to our property market research reports, advanced notification of upcoming purchasing opportunities and at times the ability to purchase on special purchasing arrangements.

These being purchasers and investors who have purchased a townhouse or apartment Oliver Hume Apartments and who have requested to be kept informed of new or upcoming purchasing opportunities.

• Project registrations
Prospective purchasers who have registered their interest in previous development projects, have not purchased, but have requested to be kept informed of new or upcoming projects exclusively marketed by Oliver Hume. 

• Empty the nest
A specialised and fast growing group of property purchases who are supporting family members, often as joint purchasers, to access the property market for the first time.
