People wanting to live at a new Villawood community southeast of Melbourne will be spoilt for choice when it comes to their homes. Six builders will offer different house options for lots on the Pasadena estate at Clyde.
The My Home concept will offer options for everyone from first-home buyers for everyone from first-home buyers to upgrades and empty-nesters.
Villawood Properties executive director Tony Johnson says My Home is designed to provide choice and convenience for people wanting to build a home.
“Many of today’s homebuyers are busy with work and other commitments and find juggling visits to the various different display villages and builders a difficult and time consuming process,” he says.
“At My Home, all of the hard yards have already been completed and each of our builder partners have customized a selection of dwellings that are best suited to each particular home site,” Metricon, Henley, Porter Davis, Simonds, Carlisle and Burbank are the builders taking part in My Home.
Pasadena is at the corner of Berwick-Cranbourne Rd and Clyde Five Ways Rd, about 50-minute drive southeast of Melbourne.
It offers home sites from 271sqm to 563 sqm and house and land packages from $321,768.
“We have consciously moved away from the more traditional home and land package. At My Home there are many instances where multiple builders have each packaged a number of homes on the same allotment,” Johnson says.
“This gives purchasers the ability to compare prices, designs and suitability without having to physically contact any builders, which can save valuable time and energy.”
