Estate Now a Family Affair
A family gathering is under way in Melbourne’s south-east where one development is becoming a family estate.
One father has inspired six family members, all from different parts of Melbourne to buy blocks of land together and live at Grandvue at Officer.
Merwin Mondous, 51, bought two lots for his sons, then inspired a cousin, a sister and another brother-in-law also to buy lots, then finally bought a block for himself.
