Fibre optics provided to each block will make high-speed broadband internet, free-to-air and pay television plus security services available to all of the homes.
Provision for the third pipe recycled water system will be in place to help conserve water and enable year-round garden watering.
Within 45km of Melbourne’s CBD, Berwick Waters will have easy access to the city via major arterials like the Monash Freeway.
The proposed 8000sq m retail precinct will be the communal heart of Berwick Waters.
