New Development Pushes Urban Fringe
In Melbourne's west another individual will be $90 million richer over 10 years after selling land that has started development in a new suburb called Toolern.
The Waterford development, which includes a mix of 3500 standard and medium-density houses, schools, a shopping centre, and parks and tavern, will begin construction next February and be sold in stages of about 200 lots a year.
