Head north for space, facilities
Villawood Properties has launched its latest project Trillium, in Melbourne’s north, with more than 40 sales in the first three weeks.
The 850-lot community in Mickleham will put a range of amenities and larger-than-average home sites in the northern growth corridor location.
The project will include an architect-designed, residents-only recreation centre – modeled on the developers Alamanda community in the west – and tree themed parks and quality landscaping.
The residents-only club will give residents exclusive access to a gym, swimming pool, tennis court, function rooms and much more.
Trillium’s home sites have been designed with families in mind, with large blocks and innovative terrace-style and smart-lot designs.
Villawood Properties executive director Tony Johnson says the project will deliver its key facilities early, so residents can start reaping the benefits of the new community sooner.
“One of Villawood’s core development pledges across all of its new communities is the early delivery of key facilities,” Johnson says.
“ Villawood delivers on its promises and this is evident within our Alamanda community in Point Cook, where Club Alamanda was completed and operational to coincide with the arrival of the very first residents.”
Johnson says the northern growth corridor’s increasing popularity has led to a sharp rise in prices and fall in lot sizes.
But he says Trillium will deliver affordable spacious home sites with appeal to a range of home buyers.
“At Trillium, we have worked hard to ensure we can deliver larger, family-sized home sites that will provide for big back yards, while still delivering on our promise to offer affordable options, too,” he says.
“Trillium offers excellent house-and-land packages from $303,295, while land packages up to 608sqm, so I think it’s fair to say that we have delivered on both of those fronts.
“Our vision is to deliver a quality neighbourhood that combines first-class facilities with a focus on greenery and community interaction.
“Trillium’s location in Mickleham reflects a relaxed, easy lifestyle and that’s something we’ve reiterated in the community’s design.
“Parks, gardens and landscaping play a major focus in the master-plan in order to capture the essence of semi-rural surroundings.”
The first stage is almost sold out, with planning underway for another release soon.
Trillium is at Mt Ridley Rd, Mickleham, with a sales office open daily between 11am to 5pm.
