Parks are aplenty at Aspire
Parks, gardens and open space form a central feature at Villawood Properties new Aspire community in Melbourne’s west, where recent landscaping works have been fast-tracked to ensure the first major parkland reaches completion before the first residents move into their new homes.
As part of Villawood’s commitment towards delivering quality, functional communities where parks and gardens reign supreme, the developer commissioned the early construction of Aspire’s Auden Park which has now reached completion and stands proudly adjacent to the entrance of this 780-lot estate.
Located along Aspire’s main boulevard to greet residents as they drive home every evening, Auden Park has been designed to incorporate open space, landscaped areas and a stunning nine-metre high sculpture from Villawood’s resident artist Folko Kooper.
Four more parklands are also planned for within Aspire’s master plan – two pocket parks that provide a landscaped ‘spine’ leading to the estate’s centrepiece – a one hectare park located at the heart of the community.
Furthermore, Aspire’s design also incorporates a lengthy linear reserve which will deliver running and bicycle tracks, exercise stations and yoga decks for residents to enjoy.
Delivering a family – friendly lifestyle where residents have plenty of room to grow, Villawood Properties has recently released its latest land stage which features a range of larger home-sites of up to 648 square metres. Coupled with Aspire’s range of quality home and land packages starting from just $259,000 and offering incredible value for money, there is something for everyone at this popular new community.
Villawood Properties executive Tony Johnson said rather than waiting years until key community amenities were delivered, residents at Aspire enjoy the park life as soon as they move in thanks to Villawood’s commitment towards delivering communal facilities as soon as possible.
“We made a conscious effort to commence works on Aspire’s first major parkland as soon as we could, so that our residents can make use of the fantastic neighbourhood amenities from the moment they move in. We are dedicated to going over and above the required commitment for open space in our new communities, which is why we commission urban art in each of our projects and, where possible, ensure that residents have more than one park to enjoy. “Aspire is set to welcome its very first residents, hopefully, by September this year, so they will be able to take their kids to the park or enjoy weekend walks right from day dot,” he said.”
