Maudsland is centrally located 40 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and 30 minutes to the Gold Coast beaches. Maudsland is tucked away at the foot of the Gold Coast hinterland and is in close proximity to forests and national parks.
The locality is a rapidly developing residential area with substantial rural areas. Its population increased by 69 per cent from 2006 to 2011 where the main residents are predominantly couples with young children.

The suburb’s population is diverse but it mainly includes young families with children under the age of 14.

 

Lifestyle

The central location allows residents to be close to a number of shopping centres and cafes in addition to a number of smaller local outlets. Maudsland is also as short drive from a number of golf courses in the Gold Coast region.
