Gerard’s expertise has been sought on large-scale projects across Australia with a focus on metropolitan Melbourne, regional Victoria and across many interstate locations.

Gerrard is responsible for leading project sales operations and providing strategic marketing decisions. A core strength lies in making data-backed business decisions to drive project management and marketing performance while increasing efficiencies, aligning sales resources with marketing material to support the sales team and driving the sales process through precise measurement and execution.

His experience spans the spectrum of project management including the strategic design and implementation of innovative and complex marketing strategies, project marketing, developing price-points, project design and stakeholder management. Gerrard’s expertise in marketing design and strategy is underpinned by a focus on superior quality with a view to attracting a premium price in the marketplace under the Oliver Hume brand.

Gerrard has built and maintains strong relationships with Victoria’s extensive network of builders, and has spearheaded Oliver Hume’s database network to support the ongoing evolution and superior service offering of the organisation.

His innovative approach to project marketing and strategy development has seen him create and deliver a number of value-added benefits to clients that respond to the market and has led to industry-leading results for Oliver Hume. One standout project featuring Gerrard’s innovation was the creation of Oliver Hume’s ‘Urban Village’ built-form product, which was born out of the need for a solution to the rising price of land, coupled with the Growth Area Authority’s added pressure on developers to achieve 15-plus lots to a hectare.
