When you are accepted to rent a property with Oliver Hume, you will be asked to pay one calendar month's rent in advance.
In Victoria all bonds are held by the RTBA and in Queensland by the RTA. Contact us to find out how to lodge your bond.
It is your responsibility as the tenant to arrange the connection and disconnection of utilities to the property.
It is your responsibility as the tenant to arrange your own contents insurance to cover your personal belongings.
Tenants must not make any modifications to the property, including installing picture hooks without the prior written consent of the Landlord or Agent.
General maintenance requests can be lodged with our Victorian or Queensland offices. Request an urgent repair by calling our emergency line 0421 353 368.
You must give 28 days’ notice of your intention to leave, with the final day falling on or after your lease has expired. Contact your property manager directly for further information.
