With a 20-year career across the development industry, Jamie is internationally recognised as being ahead of the curve through his superior level of knowledge across many business facets and property markets.

Appointed to Oliver Hume in 2010, Jamie directs the Group’s apartments division working across local, interstate and international markets. He provides sales-driven, consumer-led development solutions for clients, bolstered by his expertise in converting quantitative and qualitative research into real world strategy; delivering developments that sell.

Jamie has been instrumental in the growth of Oliver Hume’s medium density and high rise division from a handful of projects in 2010, now managing dozens of active and pipeline projects across inner, middle and outer ring markets.

His experience includes international involvement in property through Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom, with high-level knowledge in market analysis and research, development sales and acquisitions and development management. Jamie’s project and sales marketing spreads across public, private and governmental sectors and he marries this with expert product mix knowledge.

After beginning his career working for leading Victorian developers, Jamie was appointed to the residential arm of CBRE (Insignia Blenheim Bishop) in Mayfair London, UK.

Here Jamie created market driven, customer led development concepts for high-profile landowners including Royal Bank of Scotland, Sainsbury’s and Reuters and linked these with national builders including Barratt Homes, Berkeley Homes and Persimmon.

In 2004 Jamie returned to Australia as marketing manager for Lend Lease and notably worked on a significant joint Gold Coast venture with Japan’s largest property developer Daikyo Incorporated.

Jamie transitioned into senior Sales and Marketing roles at Lend Lease introducing Third Party Agent distribution strategies to drive sales for several hundred apartments at Docklands’ Victoria Harbour development and Jackson’s Landing in Pyrmont, Sydney.

Jamie spent time at Perth based project marketing group, MLG, in both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, marketing and selling Australian property to the South East Asian investor market before being appointed to Oliver Hume.

His specialist understanding of multiple international markets has allowed him to deliver research-based strategies across all facets of the business including planning, marketing, sales, distribution and customer relations ensuring value and return on investment for all parties. He also holds a strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.

Jamie’s value lies in his strategic and specialist knowledge of the entire property cycle through local, national and international markets, providing unique peace of mind and an unparalleled asset for vendors.
