Brinton Keath is the Joint Managing Director of Oliver Hume in South East Queensland. He is one of the state’s most experienced and successful project marketing and sales executives and, together with his joint managing director Marcus Buskey, has been instrumental in establishing and growing the Oliver Hume brand in Queensland.

He provides clients, partners and buyers with an unmatched understanding of property development, particularly land development, in the south east corner and oversees a team of dynamic sales, marketing and administration professionals.

He takes a particular interest in utilising the group’s proprietary research to provide clients with valuable market and customer insights to ensure their projects are well positioned to achieve strong sales.

After completing a property degree at RMIT in Melbourne, Brinton moved to the Gold Coast to work as a qualified valuer for LandMark and was appointed as a director of the company in 2003.

In 2006 he transitioned to a private property company as development manager where he successfully managed all financial modelling of the group’s commercial, retail and residential assets, whilst running all development and management of the ongoing residential sales programs.

In 2007 Brinton was approached to become the Queensland state director of the Colliers Project Marketing Division on the Gold Coast where he managed the project marketing for a range of multi-million dollar projects for some of Australia’s largest developers.

Brinton was invited to join Oliver Hume in 2011 as the joint managing director of the Queensland operations, where he currently manages the Group’s growing client base of vendors across a range of projects.

Brinton sits on the executive committee for the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland office and the Oliver Hume National Executive Group, made up of Oliver Hume senior management staff.
