One standout project featuring Gerrard’s innovation was the creation of Oliver Hume’s ‘Urban Village’ built-form product, which was born out of the need for a solution to the rising price of land, coupled with the Growth Area Authority’s added pressure on developers to achieve 15-plus lots to a hectare.
