How Jubilee Estate Is Helping Wyndham Vale Buyers Fund Their Build
Jubilee Estate in Wyndham Vale has featured on realestate.com.au in a piece examining how new-build communities are responding to rising material costs and tighter household budgets. The article centres on Jubilee's new $35,000 buyer support package, offered on selected lots at the master-planned community developed by Lotus Living in partnership with Oliver Hume Real Estate Group.
Inside Jubilee: An Established Community in Melbourne's West
Jubilee is a 7,500-lot master-planned community that has been selling for more than a decade and is now home to around 6,000 residents, with a further 5,500 lots still to be sold and built. The estate offers land-only opportunities, house and land packages, and townhomes, with land currently priced from $258,000. Matt Miller, Head of Sales and Marketing at Lotus Living, points to the estate's location as central to its appeal, noting it sits just 35 minutes from Melbourne with schools, parks and shops close by.
What the $35,000 Support Package Means for Buyers
On selected lots, buyers can access a $35,000 support package designed to give them flexibility during the build process. According to Mr Miller, the funds can be directed wherever buyers need them most, whether that's covering unexpected construction cost increases, landscaping and furnishings once keys are handed over, or everyday expenses such as groceries, school fees and utility connections. He describes the package as a way to "ease the financial burden and let families focus on what really matters," adding that the offer applies only to selected blocks and buyers will need to act quickly to secure it.
