Project Overview

Merrifield is Victoria’s largest master planned mixed-use community, comprising community-focused residential living, City Centre and modern Business Park precincts. Located in Mickleham, approximately 30 km from Melbourne, MAB commenced sales and development at Merrifield in 2013. The community has grown to a population of over 8,000 and is expected to continue to grow to over 17,000 residents by the end of the development. As a new 24-hour city for Melbourne, Merrifield offers a mixed-use business and lifestyle community, and a thriving and desirable destination for work, leisure and residential living. The success of Merrifield is its ability to deliver a superior base for business, to build a strong sense of community, enhance employment opportunities for local residents and attract a wide range of business investment. On completion, MAB will have delivered around 7,000 residential lots, townhouses and apartments and developed 390 ha of Business Parks, creating 25,000 jobs with current occupants including the likes of Dulux, Ford and DHL. The desire to live, work and invest in Merrifield will be enhanced through localised access to a spectrum of services including: • A job-rich environment; • New business locations; • Education; • Parks & Recreation; and • Health facilities
