Matt has spent more than 20 years analysing and researching markets, providing insights and advice to business, government, and industry on residential property market issues, investments, and opportunities across Australia. Before joining Oliver Hume, Matt ran Colliers' National Strategic Advisory business. He was previously Head of Research & Strategy at Stockland.
