The Land Monkeys: Oliver Hume's Most Successful Fundraising Team

This year Oliver Hume is also supporting an exciting new fundraising initiative in partnership with ResiVentures and Sherridon Homes. The organisations have joined forces to sell two homes this year and one next, with all profits donated to Variety. The Land Monkeys are hoping the proceeds will help them smash their best-ever fundraising year, when they raised $339,000 in 2019.

Oliver Hume Property Group is providing sales and marketing services to help maximise the fundraising outcome. Sherridon Homes is delivering the complete homes, from internal and external construction through to landscaping and driveways.

Nathan Jenkinson, CEO and Managing Director of Victoria's #1 home builder Mirrastone, said Sherridon Homes is delighted to contribute to such a rewarding charity.

"Sherridon is delivering the homes, from the internal finishes through to the external works. We wanted to make a meaningful contribution that supports Variety's incredible work and helps maximise the impact of this campaign," Mr Jenkinson said.

Oliver Hume's Gerrard Ellis said the collaboration demonstrates what can be achieved when businesses unite behind a shared purpose.

"The property industry has an incredible capacity to make a genuine difference. By working together with Resi Ventures, Sherridon Homes and our wider network, we're creating opportunities to raise significant funds that will have a lasting impact on Victorian children and their families," Mr Ellis said.
"We're proud to support projects that create a genuine impact on our communities. Knowing these homes will help raise vital funds for children and families in need makes this a project our entire team is proud to be part of."
