The Australian property market continues to rebound led by the east coast markets.

Improved lending conditions, record low-interest rates, continuing strong population growth and renewed confidence are key drivers of the rebound. The rebound has surprised some commentators coming sooner and faster than expected and has effectively ended the downturn in the market which commenced in 2017.
