Elite Agent reports on the announcement of finalists for the 2025 REA Excellence Awards, now in its ninth year of recognising outstanding performance across Australia's residential, commercial, new homes and media property markets.
REA Group shortlisted 24 finalists across eight categories, celebrating agencies, teams and individuals for their innovation, community contribution and impact throughout the property journey. Chief Customer and Commercial Officer Kul Singh praised this year's finalists for using data, technology and creativity to deliver exceptional results for vendors, buyers, landlords and renters, while also giving back to their local communities.
Oliver Hume's Black Friday Land Grab campaign has been named a finalist in the Integrated Brand Campaign of the Year category, alongside Westpac's Home Buyers Masterclass and the Putney Wharf campaign by Perifa, SRM and Metropolis. The recognition places Oliver Hume among the industry's most innovative marketing campaigns of the year.
Winners across the submission-based categories will receive grants of up to $10,000 to invest in their business or professional development, alongside personalised marketing assets and media profiling. A new residential Top Agent award has also been introduced for 2026, with winning agents receiving a Top Agent badge on their realestate.com.au profile for 12 months. All winners will be announced online in mid-February.
