Herald Sun | Melbourne real estate: The latest auction and sales results for week ending April 26

Peter Farago and Sayee Shree Ravi Sankar, writing for the Herald Sun, report that Melbourne's property market recorded 934 auction sales last week, with 438 properties transacting above the million-dollar mark.

Proptrack recorded 2,327 local auction and private sale results across the week. The most expensive sale reported was a five-bedroom house at 2 Grandview Terrace, Kew, which sold for $4.7 million at auction.

MyFirstHome by Oliver Hume was among the agencies active in the results, with a sale recorded at 34 Haines Street, Cranbourne East — reflecting continued activity in Melbourne's south-east growth corridor.
