Property Markets News reports on the construction commencement at Larkview, a Mount Barker land community developed by Jinding, and an Oliver Hume Property Group project marketing client.

National civil construction company Winslow Constructors has been appointed to deliver bulk earthworks across the community's first four stages, with works expected to be completed by mid-year to enable civil delivery of the first 139 lots. The milestone coincides with Larkview recording its 100th sale in just over six months on the market, with first homebuyers accounting for 30 per cent of purchasers to date.

The community's strong early momentum was reflected in Oliver Hume Property Group's own sales data, which recorded more than 65 lots sold at Larkview in the September quarter of 2025 — driving the busiest quarter of land sales in the Mount Barker region since Oliver Hume's records began in 2020.

When complete, Larkview will comprise more than 350 lots across a 22-hectare site, featuring over three hectares of green open space, preserved mature trees, landscaped wetlands, and direct access to Wellington Road and Heysen Boulevard.
