The event brought the JSAC Developments and Oliver Hume teams onsite, with Richard Riordan, State member for Polwarth, attending to mark the occasion. With excavators already moving earth and Stage 1 sold out, the ceremony signalled The Nook is well and truly open for business.

The Nook is a residential development located in Colac Otway Shire, approximately 150 kilometres south-west of Melbourne and one hour from Geelong.
